They are also strong vocal leaders with good communication skills, and encourage, support, and positively hold all teammates accountable.
Four swimmers are appointed to the leadership team annually and are voted into this position by the Committee after a successful application letter addressing certain criteria.
The Leadership team are viewed as role models for junior swimmers and have a responsible and active leadership role within the entirety of the club.
Our leaders provide a communication avenue for members and are expected to assist the Committee when required.
